Based on feedback, we’ve changed how Gift Aid works in the Visual Builder. This update will reduce friction for donors and ensure the correct information is passed to Gift Aid.

Keep an eye out for an announcement on a new feature we’re adding to Stripe that gives donors more flexibility in managing their recurring donations!

⚙️ Features, Enhancements, and Fixes

Gift Aid 2.1.0

• Enhancement: Gift Aid requires a donor address. When we made Gift Aid compatible with the Visual Builder, we used the Billing Address block to collect the donor address. That created friction for donors who were not eligible for Gift Aid since the Billing Address block fields were required. Gift Aid now has its own address fields in the Visual Builder.
