It's very rare that I write something about an upcoming product update in this email – it's really not what it's for. After all, that's why we have our Product Update emails! 

However, I wanted to take a moment to inform you about an upcoming change that will impact the way totals are calculated for goal bars. Based on user feedback, fee recovery amounts will no longer be counted towards goal bar progress!

It's important to note that this change will affect your current and future goal bars. As a result, you may notice that the totals displayed on your goal bars will decrease. This will allow your organization to accurately communicate your progress to stakeholders and donors by representing the true total dollars raised. 

As always, we appreciate your feedback. It helps us understand more of what you need and is crucial to our work as we strive to improve GiveWP and your experience.
